Divvy is an iOS application that helps users track dividend income, analyze investment portfolios, and visualize financial data. The app provides tools including portfolio tracking, dividend calendars, income forecasting, stock screening, and strategy analysis.
3. Not Financial Advice
Divvy is an informational tool, not a financial advisor. The app does not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or tax guidance.
Signal scores, analyst consensus data, strategy analysis, and all other metrics displayed in the app are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Data Accuracy
Stock prices, dividends, financial statements, analyst ratings, and other market data are sourced from third-party providers (Polygon.io, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, Twelve Data). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
Prices may be delayed up to 15 minutes. Historical data may contain gaps or errors. Do not rely solely on data from Divvy for trading or investment decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of portfolio data you enter (tickers, shares, cost basis)
- Your investment decisions and their outcomes
- Maintaining the security of your device and account credentials
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
6. Intellectual Property
The Divvy app, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any of its components.
Third-party trademarks (company names, ticker symbols, logos) belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divvy and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the app
- Any errors or inaccuracies in financial data
- Investment decisions made based on information in the app
- Loss of data stored on your device
- Interruption or discontinuation of the service
8. Third-Party Services
Divvy integrates with third-party services for data and authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep Divvy available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, update the app, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
10. Termination
You may stop using Divvy at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
